EULA Adjustments
Can the EULA be modified?
Yes. Our Enterprise licensing is designed to accommodate business, government, procurement, and legal requirements where appropriate. We regularly review requested amendments to areas such as liability, governing law, indemnification, security, privacy, usage rights, and affiliate coverage. The most efficient approach is to mark up the EULA with your requested changes and share it with our team for review.
Can I customize the EULA for my license?
Yes, potentially. Enterprise licensing is designed to be flexible and can be customized to accommodate specific business, government, procurement, or legal requirements. This may include changes such as adding additional entities, adjusting liability provisions, modifying usage rights, or other contractual terms.
Whether pricing is affected depends on the nature of the requested changes rather than the number of changes. The best way to obtain an accurate quote is to mark up the EULA with your requested revisions and share it with our team. We can then review the changes and provide pricing and licensing guidance without delay.

Can multiple legal entities be covered under one agreement?
Yes. Enterprise licenses can be structured to cover multiple legal entities where there is a business need to do so.
The licensing scope, covered entities, and any associated pricing adjustments will depend on factors such as ownership structure, geographic reach, intended use, and the number of organizations requiring access.
Can subsidiaries and affiliates be included in a license?
Yes. Many Enterprise customers request coverage for subsidiaries, affiliates, parent companies, or related entities under a single agreement.
To provide an accurate quote, we recommend identifying the entities you would like covered and sharing this information with our team. We can then review the structure and propose the most appropriate licensing arrangement.
Does the Enterprise License require internet access or usage reporting?
No. Iron Software’s Enterprise License can be deployed in fully air-gapped and highly secure environments without requiring internet connectivity for day-to-day operation.
Unlike many SaaS products, Iron Software does not collect application data, monitor document content, or track customer usage. This allows organizations to maintain control of their own environments and supports procurement, security, and compliance requirements where external connectivity is restricted.
Many customers value this approach because it simplifies security reviews, reduces data-sharing concerns, and provides confidence that sensitive information remains entirely within their own infrastructure.
For organizations with specific security, compliance, or audit requirements, our team can provide additional licensing, deployment, and procurement guidance during the evaluation process.
